Runic inscription:
. . . on : au -
mfast
The only word we can perhaps interpret from these
fragmentary runes is the name: Holmfast
History
The runestone was already broken in the 17th
century. The fragment was found in the same area as
U 32. Perhaps both
runestones belonged to the same family?
What remained in the 17th century was only
the lower left part of the runestone, which was already
badly damaged by then.
Now this fragment is also gone.
